The Gross Margin Workshop for MSPs
Two hours, live on Zoom, for an MSP owner and the person who runs the service desk. You bring one margin issue from your own PSA data. You leave with it isolated, understood, and a plan to close it.

Before the session, we provide a Margin Tool. You supply a few easy-to-gather numbers from your PSA and bring the report to the workshop. The tool is where the math (or magic) happens, allowing us to spend the entire two hours focusing on what to do with the findings.

You will be sent the Margin Tool, which runs on your own PSA data in your browser. Finish the report the day before and bring it to the session.
Andrew and Mark work the checks live with the group, then you isolate your own issue and build the plan to close it.
